Representatives from ADFIMI, ALIDE and ADFIAP met in Istanbul for the BOG of WFDFI in Istanbul, 5 October 2009. During the meeting attendees discussed the present status of WFDFI and means to improve it. After serving 7 years as Secretary General of WFDFI, Mr. Rommel Acevedo’s (Secretary General of ALIDE) term of office ended and Mr. Octavio B. Peralta (Secretary General of ADFIAP) took over from him. His term of office will start in January 2010 for three years. The BOG also decided that each association will pay 5,000 USD for three years as membership fee.
