The training aimed to deepen participants' understanding of the fundamental drivers of business and project financial sustainability, using the analytical tools necessary for crafting financial models and to foster meaningful connections, promote collaboration, and explore innovative approaches by providing an avenue for insightful discussions, knowledge sharing, and networking.
