Doha, Qatar – On 17th and 18th of June 2025, the Associations of Development Financing Institutions in Member Countries of the Islamic Development Bank (ADFIMI) Association of National Development Finance Institutions in members Countries of the Islamic Development Bank (ADFIMI) in collaboration with the Qatar Development Bank (QDB) organized the Summit on 17 – 18 February 2025 Doha, QATAR.

This one and a half - day summit gathered CEOs, board members, senior executives, government officials, partners, and guests to discuss and in acquiring experience to delve deeper into the Fostering Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Growth through Innovative Financing: 

SME Summit 2025 served as a platform to address the challenges and opportunities in financing small enterprises, and fostering their growth.

SME Summit 2025 hosted by QDB, was held at Marriott Marquis City Center Doha Hotel, Doha, The State of Qatar. The event moderated by ADFIMI Secretary General Mr İlhami Öztürk was attended by the CEOs of different banks and financial institutions from different countries, as well as academicians and industry representatives.

The event started with the welcoming address by Mr. Metin Özdemir, ADFIMI Chairman, CEO Ziraat Participation Bank. The inaugural adddress delivered by Mr. Arshad Rab Chairman International Council of Sustainability Standards for Value-Driven Financial Institutions and CEO, European Organization for Sustainable Development (EOSD).
