Mr. Ahmed Ehsanul Karim graduated from Finance Department of Dhaka University and did his post graduate degree in Finance from same University. He then completed advanced course in Economics and quantitative technique from Bangladesh Institute of Development Studies, Dhaka. He has also done Post- Graduate Diploma in Project Appraisal and Management from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands.

He has over 27 years of working experience in SABINCO, a DFI, and primarily financing commercially viable industrial and agro-based industrial projects in Bangladesh through extending term loan/equity finance. He has been holding senior level management positions in SABINCO as DMD, Company Secretary and Head of Monitoring before being promoted in the current position as Managing Director (Acting).

Mr. Ahmed Ehsanul Karim has participated in a number of training programs/seminars, workshops and conferences both home and abroad.
