ADFIMI Ordinary Seminar on Budgeting and Financial Control was held in Hammamet, Tunisia, from 11 to 13 February 2008.
The Seminar was conducted by Br.Oğuz Kemal Bulut, who is presently the managing partner of MGI (Midsnell Group International) Audit and Consultancy, a UK-based independent auditing company operating in 72 countries, and the official representative of MGI in Turkey. There were 13 participants from 7 countries.
