The programme was conducted by Br. Heera Singh, Principal Consultant, HEERA Training and Management Consultancy, KL-Malaysia. There were 15 participants from 5 countries.

Participants appreciated commended the delivery of the seminar and the social arrangements. They evaluated the seminar highly beneficial for their career and impressed by the  performance of the lecturer.
